We are excited to welcome back Sinjon Smith to the stage during the 2025 Fish Sandwich Festival! Bring your cooler and favorite lawn chair and enjoy the free show! "Sinjon Smith is a high-energy interactive band that covers your favorite songs. Whether you like Rock, Pop, Country or Classic Rock, we've got you covered. You'll be dancing and singing along all night and you won't soon forget your Sinjon Smith experience!"

How it started
Henry Engelhard started selling fish sandwiches in front of his house to pay his daughter’s college tuition-- his sales grew until 1978 when it became The Fish Sandwich Festival.
The festival still offers the original mullet sandwich made from fish caught locally. In addition to the sandwiches, there are a variety of activities to entertain the entire family all weekend long!
In 2013, the Festival started offering whitefish and walleye sandwiches in addition to mullet and they were an instant hit!
